Avantara Evergreen Park offers its guests a low patient to therapist ratio, an attentive level of personalized therapy up to seven days a week available in three unique rehab areas within our facility. On average, participants in our intensive rehabilitation program can return home in as little as two weeks! Care is individualized for patients requiring extended rehabilitation and often those patients can return home in only a few weeks.

Our large staff allows us to provide each guest with a highly individualized therapy regimen that can help shorten recovery times and facilitate a faster return to independent living.
